Life has a way of presenting us with struggles. Most people come to me because they are feeling overwhelmed or unhappy-with past trauma, current stressors, parenting challenges, adoption or family issues, relationships or life's hardships. I am here to help whether it is with individual, couple or family therapy. We will work together collaboratively to help navigate the journey to healing and feeling better. I use trauma-informed, developmental and family systems theories to help identify and change problematic patterns or behaviors, process through traumatic experiences, and learn ways to feel better by utilizing several different therapeutic techniques. I can effectively help you get unstuck and moving forward with your goals and enjoying life.
